The process includes planning, engineering, construction, renovation, and the operation of public facilities and infrastructure. The projects, from sidewalks to roadways, streets, bridges, defense facilities, levees, airports, bridges and other infrastructures, are in constant change and improvement.
W.T. Byler Co. has worked for many respected public owners, performing Heavy / Civil construction for large-scale projects including multiple airports, road systems, defense facilities, ports and projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers. These include projects such as Blue Water Highway, a devastated victim of Hurricane Ikes destruction.
