Connected the east belt sub to the terminal sub of the Englewood Yard
- Removed the existing rail
- Re-established and compacted the sub-grade
- Placed on line & grade new limestone sub-ballast including a 7-inch asphalt cap
- Lifted and placed new rail unit on-line utilizing a 500,000 ton crane
- Laid 640 track-feet of new rail construction complete with ballast including 32-connections utilizing 3-track hoes, 2-dozers and 2-rubber-tire loaders
