Project Managers
Oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Project Engineers
Implement and maintain WT Byler corporate and Client procedures and standards to facilitate successful project execution.

Heavy Equipment Operators
Operate heavy equipment (rolling) at WT Byler projects including commercial, industrial, railroad and retail locations. This position will require the ability to travel (travel compensation available for some assignments).

Heavy Equipment Mechanics
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on large heavy equipment machinery fleet.

Responsible for achieving production goals and schedules by managing foremen, subcontractors, and equipment while upholding safety standards. Supports project management in supervising excavation and subgrade preparation teams on a heavy civil construction project.

Procurement Specialists
Support project execution through the implementation and management of procurement and project sourcing processes and procedures. This position is a permanent, full-time position in our corporate office located in Houston, Texas.

Procurement Managers
We seek a resourceful, experienced Procurement Manager to lead our team, overseeing procurement and supply chain activities for projects, shop repairs, and maintenance. Based in our Houston headquarters, this role reports directly to the CFO.

Junior Cost Engineers
Support project execution through the implementation and management of project controls processes and procedures. This position is a permanent, full-time position in our corporate office located in Houston, Texas.

Dirt Superintendents
Ensures production goals and schedules are met by effectively managing foremen, subcontractors, equipment, and safety standards. Supports project management in overseeing foremen and crews handling excavation and subgrade prep on heavy civil construction projects.

Field Surveyors
Field Surveyors at WT Byler perform land measurements, map construction sites, prepare reports, and ensure accurate layouts using advanced surveying tools and software.

CAD Operators
Create technical drawings, produce accurate 3D models, generate detailed designs, and support engineering and construction teams using specialized CAD software.

Cost Controls
Monitoring project budgets, analyzing financial data, ensuring cost efficiency, and providing accurate financial reporting

P6 Schedulers
Developing and managing project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 software

Project Assistants
Support project managers and teams by handling administrative tasks, coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and assisting with communication between stakeholders

Internships
Hands-on experience in various construction and engineering roles
