WT Byler Co.’s largest railroad facility is a 10,000-car multi-phased railcar storage yard (SIT) comprised 120 miles of trackage, 200 switches and 1.5 million tons of crushed stone. Upon completion, the facility was the largest privately owned rail storage yard in the U.S.
